Actually putting the plastic down in a way that will last and not allow any light in for the long haul was a little more challenging than it looks.
Edit: I should clarify that after those 2-3 years, the black plastic is coming off to hopefully reveal lots of sad and smothered weeds…and great soil! We’re not just going to plant over top like they do with that landscaping fabric.
Been there, doesn’t work.. Judging by how well the plasticky side of our garden seems to be doing in the weed department, I’m a little tempted to create plastic paths down the centers of all of our rows in the future just to prevent having to weed so much.I won’t, because that would be even weirder than having a plastic half-garden.And it would work!Use this free printable family camping checklist to guide your when you’re packing up for your next – or your first – camping adventure with the family!.
We’ve just returned home, fresh from our yearly camping trip and I have to say that this year’s trip was a pretty big success. If you follow me on Facebook, then you may remember a month ago when I shared that I don’t always feel like the seasoned pro that I should be by now when it comes to camping.
I decided to fix that this year and so I started out by making a list.
A list for the ages! The faucet is one less thing to worry about.. I’ll be ready to show you the full bathroom project, and all the scary before and after pictures shortly, but for now, let’s just enjoy the view from the kitchen.. Before (actually, during):.
It’s honestly just nice to have a sink again, but to have one that looks so beautiful is just icing on the cake.. Ready to win your own new faucet from Pfister?their lovely selection.
